1. All sales are considered final, no refund will be entitled.
  2. GENESIS TECH SOLUTION’s warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers.
  3. GENESIS TECH SOLUTION will provide warranty service for delivery to (and from) the manufacturer’s Service Centre based on supplier/principal’s given period – 3 or 6 months, 1 year, or more than 1 year. For item more than 1 year, we will cover warranty service for 1st year only. After the 1st year, the warranty handling fee will be charged.  
  4. To claim warranty, customer needs to send the product to GENESIS TECH SOLUTION address located at Penang; at his / her own cost. (or contact us if need us to collect) The return of the repaired product to the customer will also be at customer own cost. The customer can choose to send and pickup repaired the product at GENESIS TECH SOLUTION to avoid delivery fees.
  5. Working products found incompatible with customer’s PC or Notebook will not be entitled to any exchange.
  6. Physical damage and software issues are not covered under warranty.
  7. For exchange or warranty purposes, customer needs to email us at admin@genesistech.com.my. Please include the following details in the email – Order No, Invoice No, Name, Contact No, Product to exchange, Faulty Reason.
  8. Kindly email us (admin@genesistech.com.my) first before shipping anything back to us, so that we can provide you with complete return instructions.
  9. The customer can also opt to walk-in to our office to request for exchange or warranty services. You are required to bring along the invoice for verification purposes. By visiting us directly, it will be faster and easier as our technicians can test the product on the spot.
