Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions for Sale of Products shall apply to all purchase and sales contracts of Products entered between Genesis Tech Solution and Customers.
Genesis Tech Solution may modify these Terms and Conditions without obtaining the individual approval of the Customer in advance.
Products for Children
Certain product’s suggested age range may be based on what age range the manufacturer recommends will like the product best, or what age range is appropriate based on safety information and restrictions. (for example Age 3 and above)
We will send out all the orders the next working days after payment received. If we are not able to do so, we will have written notice posted on our homepage in advance. Very large quantities may require additional time. Sometimes, it may take up to 2-7 working days to get your orders shipped out to you. For customer who uses GIRO / Interbank Transfer, please do anticipate for delays in shipping out of the ordered products.
We will contact you immediately if we anticipate undue delays.
We allow combined shipping. Shipment will be via DHL and city link or other courier services. We reserve the rights to select the shipping method and carriers to meet your requirement.
Currently we only ships within Malaysia.
Genesis Tech Solution is not responsible for shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labour disputes, air traffic control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, the courier service may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
Shipping details that customer key in during checkout are final, we will send out the item to the address according to the details provided by the customer during checkout. If there’s any mistake or changes customer wish to correct, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try our best to resolve the problem.
Genesis Tech Solution will not be responsible for item or parcel lost made by courier service, our team will try our best to help you to resolve the problem.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
